1) Neem oil:-Azadirachtin is the most well known and studied triterpenoid in neem oil. Nimbin is another triterpenoid which has been credited with some of neem oil’s properties as an antiseptic, antifungal, antipyretic and antihistamine.
2) Haritamanjari:-Acalyphaindica contains flavonoid, terpenoid and steroid types of compounds that make it useful as an analgesic and anti-inflammatory agent. Acalyphaindica helps in removing phlegm from the respiratory tract and hence is useful in treating cough and breathing difficulties.
